That I am not completely sure of. He said that they rebuilt the Kaskaskia intake in 2005 and the Army Corps put in some kind of spit in the river to help control it, and that¿s when the problems began. So I can¿t testify to what was the primary source prior to 2005. But since then, it sounds like the Lake intake has been primary.
